These services range from one-on-one coaching and skill building, to small work group situational coaching, to departmental or organizational initiatives. The coaching and consulting functions range from several sessions to address a specific issue to assistance with ongoing training and development solutions. | |
| The consulting may be done with senior executives, managers, and human resource specialists who are designing or seeking training and development programs in the interpersonal skills area. It also includes one-on-one consulting, face-to-face or via the telephone, as well as shadow-consulting with in-house professionals. |
